  • Progresso™ Italian Style Bread Crumbs, 1 cup
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup 
  • Eggs, 2
  • Onion (finely chopped), 1/4 cup
  • Pepper, 1/8 teaspoon
  • Tomato pasta sauce, 1 jar (14-oz.)

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine all ingredients except pasta sauce in a large bowl and mix well. 

Step 2

Add 1 cup pasta sauce and mix well. Place the mixture into a loaf pan that is ungreased 8×4 inches.

Step 3

Bake for 40 minutes at 350°F. Pour the remaining pasta sauce over the meatloaf. Continue to bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the meat thermometer registers 160°F in the center. 

Step 4

Before serving, let stand for ten minutes.
