  • Egg, 1
  • Buttermilk, 1 cup 
  • Oil (for frying)
  • Seasoned Salt, 2 teaspoons 
  • Cayenne Pepper, 1 ½ teaspoon 
  • Smoked Paprika, 1 teaspoon 
  • Onion Powder, ½ teaspoon 
  • Dried Oregano, ½ teaspoon 
  • Ground Cumin, ½ teaspoon 
  • Garlic Powder, ¼ teaspoon 
  • Dried Thyme, ¼ teaspoon

Instructions

Step 1

Season your pounded chicken breast with salt on both sides.

Beat the eggs and buttermilk in a small bowl and set it aside.
