  • 1 jalapeno pepper (seeded and chopped)

Step By Step Instructions To Make Pepper Jack Steak Wrap

Step 1

Prepare a grill for medium-high heat or a broiler for high heat.

Step 2

On both sides of the skirt steak, rub cumin, chili powder, and garlic salt together. Spray the onion slices and steak lightly with cooking spray.

Step 3 

Broil or grill steak and onion slices for five minutes per side. Remove steak from grill and sliced onion rings.

Step 4

Place cheese in the center of warm tortillas. Cover with steak, onions, and salsa, and sprinkle with cilantro. Make a roll; cut each in half.
