Mitsuken Garlic Chicken Recipe

Mitsuken Garlic Chicken Recipe

I have been a chicken fan for a long time. I love them in a variety of different ways, but in this blog post, I’ll simply share the best garlic chicken recipe for you guys. This is a simple recipe, and it can be done in a fraction of the time it takes to sear the chicken in a pan.

We would like to introduce our traditional Mitsuken Garlic Chicken Recipe. Mitsuken is a type of garlic that has a strong and spicy flavor, which you will notice as soon as you smell it! This dish is perfect for those who love some heat in their food. It’s also very easy to make and only requires 5 ingredients: chicken breast, water, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and Mitsuken garlic. So what are you waiting for? Let’s get cooking!

In this recipe, I’ve used a mixture of fresh garlic cloves, fresh herbs, and chicken to produce a chicken dish that is absolutely delicious. It tastes good on its own, but when you add in a little soy sauce, a little vinegar, and a little sugar, you’ve got a rather tasty, easy, and quick chicken dish in one go. And it tastes even better if you make a big batch and freeze some in Tupperware containers for quick, easy meals in the future.

How to make Mitsuken Garlic Chicken

Mitsuken Garlic Chicken is a great dish for those nights when you’re short on time and want a fix fast with a healthy meal. This is a simple recipe that anyone can make, whether they have a recipe book or not.

  • Sugar, 1 cup
  • Garlic, 1 small clove (nicely ground)
  • Green onions chopped, 1/4cup
  • Freshly grated ginger, 1/4 teaspoon
  • Shichimi togarashi (not compulsory )

  • Chicken drummettes or wings, 3 pounds
  • Garlic salt, 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder, 1/4teaspoon
  • White pepper, 1/2teaspoon

Step 1:

The chicken should first be cleaned with fresh water and dried carefully.

Step 2:

Put the garlic salt, flour, garlic powder, and pepper in a large zip lock bag and shake well.

Step 3:

Once again, shake the plastic bag with the chicken inside. Ensure that the flour mixture is well coated on the chicken.

Step 4:

Place the bag in the refrigerator for 30 to 45 minutes.

Step 5:

Stir well all the ingredients of soy sauce together.

Step 6:

Remove the chicken mixture to a frying pan once the garlic soy sauce is ready.

Step 7:

Then heat the oil to 365-375 degrees and fry the chicken until golden brown.

Step 8:

Place all the chicken on the paper towel to absorb the extra oil.

Step 9:

Serve the chicken with garlic soy sauce.

You can even use chicken thighs instead of wings and drumsticks. The result will be the same.
