Mitsuken Garlic Chicken Recipe

I have been a chicken fan for a long time. I love them in a variety of different ways, but in this blog post, I’ll simply share the best garlic chicken recipe for you guys. This is a simple recipe, and it can be done in a fraction of the time it takes to sear the chicken in a pan.

Ingredients
  

GARLIC SOY SAUCE

  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Green onions chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly grated ginger
  • Shichimi togarashi optional

CHICKEN

  • 3 lbs Chicken drummettes or wings
  • 2 tbsp Garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 quart Canola oil

Instructions
 

  • The chicken should first be cleaned with fresh water and dried carefully.
  • Put the garlic salt, flour, garlic powder, and pepper in a large zip lock bag and shake well.
  • Once again, shake the plastic bag with the chicken inside. Ensure that the flour mixture is well coated on the chicken.
  • Place the bag in the refrigerator for 30 to 45 minutes.
  • Stir well all the ingredients of soy sauce together.
  • Remove the chicken mixture to a frying pan once the garlic soy sauce is ready.
  • Then heat the oil to 365-375 degrees and fry the chicken until golden brown.
  • Place all the chicken on the paper towel to absorb the extra oil.
  • Serve the chicken with garlic soy sauce.
