  • Fat-free natural yogurt, 1/2 cup (110g)
  • Vanilla extract / paste, 1 tsp
  • Egg, 1 large (separated)
  • Waffle Mix & Kodiak Power Cakes Flapjack, 3/4 cup (80g)
  • Water, 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Blueberries handful, 1/2 cup 
  • Calorie-controlled cooking oil, 5 – 10 sprays 


Step 1

Mash the banana in a medium bowl until smooth and lump-free.

Combine the yogurt and vanilla extract/paste with the mashed banana.

Step 2

Then add the Kodiak mixture and mix until smooth.

The egg yolk should be placed with the banana mixture, while the egg white should be placed in a separate bowl.

Add the egg yolk to the banana mixture and add a couple of teaspoons of water to make a spoonable batter.

Add the blueberries and fold them in.
