  • Warm water, 1 cup

  • All-purpose flour, 2-1/2 cups
  • Kosher salt, 2 teaspoons 
  • Sugar, 1 tablespoon
  • Instant yeast, 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil, 1 tablespoon
  • Warm water, 3/4 cup
  • Cornmeal for dusting, 1/2 cup
