- Salt, ½ teaspoon
- Unsalted butter (room temperature), ½ cup
- Granulated sugar, ⅓ cup
- Brown sugar (packed), ¼ cup
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- Plain yogurt, ½ cup
- Vanilla extract (my favorite is this one), 2 ½ teaspoons
- Milk (regular or plant-based), ¼ cup
- Blueberries (fresh or frozen), 1 ¾ cups
- Extra granulated sugar (to sprinkle on top)
Alternative Option: Cinnamon Streusel Topping (Optional)
- Brown sugar (packed), ¼ cup
- Instant oats, ¼ cup
- Ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon
Step By Step Instructions To Make Dunkin Donuts Blueberry Muffins
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 425°F. Use muffin liners (or non-stick spray) to line a 12-cavity muffin pan. Place aside.
Step 2
Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl. Combine with a whisk.

Add butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar to another bowl. Cream the butter and sugars on high speed with a stand mixer or handheld mixer until smooth.

Once the mixer is at medium speed, add the eggs and mix until combined. After the eggs and yogurt have been mixed, add the vanilla extract and mix again until combined.

Pour in the milk after slowing down the mixer. After combining, add in the dry ingredients slowly. After mixing until combined, turn off the mixer and fold in the blueberries. The batter is going to be thick.

Add the butter to the prepared muffin tins (make sure they’re filled to the top) and top with extra granulated sugar. Alternatively, you can sprinkle cinnamon streusel on top of each muffin batter and mix all of the streusel ingredients together.
Step 7
Turn the oven temperature down to 350°F after 4-6 minutes at 425°F. Baking the cake for a further 20-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

Put the muffin tin into the oven, but allow the muffins to stay in the tin for 5-7 minutes prior to transferring to the wire rack.
