  • Peeled potatoes (chopped), 5-6 large 
  • Chopped bacon, 8 slices
  • Salt and Pepper to taste, ½ tsp
  • Chopped Onions, 1 cup
  • Minced garlic, 1-2 cloves
  • All-purpose flour, 2 cups
  • Meat broth, 5-6 cups
  • Celery stalk, 1 diced 
  • Chopped fresh parsley, ½ cups
  • Basil leaves (chopped), 2 tsp of 
  • Hot sauce (any choice), 1 tsp
  • Shredded cheese (any choice), 1 cup
  • Cooking oil, 1 cup

Instructions

Step 1:

Start by placing the potatoes into water after they have been peeled. Add salt to the water and bring it to a boil. Boil the potatoes until they are tender. Remove from heat and chop them perfectly into small cubes.

Step 2:

Next, pour oil into a frying pan and heat it over medium heat. Cook the bacon slices in the hot oil for 2-3 minutes until crispy and smoky. Sprinkle flour and chopped onions over the bacon.

Step 3:
