Ingredients

Whole chicken wings, 2 lbs. 

Mardi Gras Wing Seasoning, 4 tablespoon

Sunflower oil, 3 tablespoon

Instructions

Step 1

Using a sharp knife and two good whacks, separate the tips from the wings and the wings from the legs. You will now have wings and legs.

Step 2

Boiled salted water in a large pot. Boil wings for 8 minutes. Pat with paper towels until completely dry after about 5 minutes on racks.

Step 3

Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees. Put 8-10 wings into a bowl with 1-2 tablespoons of sunflower seed and 1-2 tablespoons of Mardi Gras Wing seasoning and toss. Coat well. Then place directly onto the baking sheet with a shallow rim.

Step 4

Bake the wings for 20 minutes, then turn them over and bake for another 5 minutes.
