Ingredients

  • 10 bone-in chicken breast halves 
  • Cider vinegar, 1 cup
  • Canola oil, 1/2 cup
  • Worcestershire sauce, 5 teaspoons
  • Hot pepper sauce, 4 teaspoons
  • Salt, 2 teaspoons 

Instructions

Step 1

Combine the cider vinegar, Canola oil, Worcestershire sauce, Hot pepper sauce and salt in a shallow dish or bowl. 

Step 2

Place 1 cup of the marinade in a separate bowl; add the chicken and toss to coat. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours. Cover the leftover marinade and refrigerate it for basting.

Step 3

Take the chicken out of the marinade and discard it. Use a drip pan to prepare the grill for indirect heat.

Step 4

Put an oiled rack on top of bone-side-down chicken breasts. Over indirect medium heat, grill the chicken until they reach 170°, 20 minutes per side. Bast the steaks occasionally with the marinade.
