  • Frozen Broccoli (chopped), 1 Cup
  • Cold milk, 115 grams 
  • Dry Cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon
  • Frozen cherries, 1 Cup
  • Almond or cashew nuts (as per your need)
  • Liquid vanilla essence, 1 tablespoon
  • Powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon

Instructions:

Step 1: 

Before you go to sleep, peel the bananas. Freeze them overnight or at least for eight hours. Be careful not to let them frost. Adjust the fridge temperature accordingly.

Step 2: 

It is best to wash the broccoli the night before. They should also be frozen overnight or for at least eight hours. Be sure they do not freeze or retain too much water. Set the fridge temperature accordingly. 

Step 3: 

Make sure your cherries are fresh by inspecting them. Freeze them overnight or for at least eight hours (if you are using any type of berry, do the same. You can alternate cherries with blackberries or blueberries.)

Step 4: 

You will need a blender the next day. Wash and prepare the appliances.

Step 5: 

Prepare the bananas, broccoli, cherries or berries, and nuts of your choice.

Step 6: 

Add the sliced bananas, chopped broccoli, chopped cherries/berries, chopped nuts, dry cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla essence to the blender.
