- All-purpose flour, 3 cups
- Baking powder, 1 teaspoon
- Sugar, 1-⅓ cups
- Salt, 2 teaspoon
- Dark corn syrup, ¼ cup
- Pecan halves, ½ pound
- Nutmeg, 1 teaspoon
- Orange juice, 1 cup
- Eggs 4
- Mixed candied fruits, 1 pound
- Cinnamon, 2 teaspoon
- Raisins, 2 cups
- Pitted date, 1 package
- Salad oil, 1 cup
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 275 degrees. Grease two loaf pans measuring 9*5*3 inches.
