Ingredients

  • Butter, 1/4 pound
  • Dried rosemary (crushed), 1 teaspoon
  • Parsley (dry and minced), 1 teaspoon
  • Dry thyme leaf (rubbed between fingers until fine), 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon
  • Worcestershire sauce, 1 1/2 tablespoons
  • Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon
  • Salt, 1 teaspoon 
  • Coarse black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground cumin, 1/4 teaspoon
  • Ground cayenne pepper, 1/8 teaspoon
  • Ground white pepper, 1/8 teaspoon

Instructions

Step 1

Melt butter in a saucepan without letting it turn brown or change color.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine rosemary, parsley, thyme, and garlic powder; stir into melted butter. Stir in remaining ingredients and gently warm for one minute.

Step 3

For best results, refrigerate tightly capped within a few weeks.
