  • Diced bell pepper, 1/4 cup 
  • Garlic minced, 1 clove 
  • Cream cheese, 1 tablespoon 
  • Baby shrimp, 4 ounces 
  • Imitation crab meat, 2 ounces 
  • Chopped dill, 1 tablespoon 
  • Old Bay seasoning, 1 teaspoon 
  • Chopped parsley, 1 teaspoon 
  • Chicken broth, 2 tablespoons 

Step By Step Instructions To Make Seafood Stuffed Bell Peppers

Step 1 

Using 2 tablespoons of butter, saute the diced celery, onion, red bell pepper, and garlic for about 6 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

Once the cream cheese has melted, remove it from the heat and stir it in.
