  • Cornstarch, 5 tablespoons 
  • Instant mashed potatoes, 1 ½ cups 
  • Salt, 1 teaspoon 
  • Pepper, ¾ teaspoon 
  • Basil, ½ teaspoon 
  • Thyme, ⅛ teaspoon
  • Half-and-half, 1 ½ cups 
  • Cheddar cheese, ⅓ cup 

Garnish

  • Shredded cheddar cheese, ½ cup 
  • Crumbled cooked bacon, ¼ cup
  • 2 Green onions (sliced thinly)

Step By Step Instructions To Make Chili’s Potato Soup
