- Heavy whipping cream, 3/4 cup
- Chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon
- Finely chopped yellow onion, 1 (small-sized)
- Garlic (Finely crushed), 4 cloves
- Pepper and salt
Instructions
Step 1:
Add olive oil, chopped garlic, onion, and garlic powder to a pan.
Step 2:
Heat the pot and cook them until they become soft.
Step 3:
Add all of the mushrooms and parsley, and cook for two more minutes.
Step 4:
Then add the chicken base and chicken stock. Stir well.
Step 5:
Bring it to a boil for about 20 to 25 minutes.
Step 6:
Take a hand blender and blend the mixture until it is smooth. Ensure that the blender is fully submerged in the mixture, otherwise, it will ruin everything around it.
Step 7:
Cook the mixture at a low temperature for 10 more minutes.
Step 8:
Add heavy cream and butter, stirring well so the items are mixed well.
Step 9:
You can let it simmer for a few more minutes, but make sure it doesn’t boil. Once it’s done simmering, turn off the heat.
Step 10:
Salt and pepper can be added to season it.
Step 11:
It’s now ready to serve with a sliced Baguette, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy!
