Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour, 1 cup
  • Margarine, 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon
  • Milk, 1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese shredded, 6 ounces
  • Cream cheese (cubed), 3 ounces
  • Frozen whole kernel corn (thawed), 10 ounces
  • Ham (diced), 3 ounces

Instructions

Step 1:

Bring a medium saucepan. Place 2 tablespoons of margarine in the pan and let it melt. Set the stove to low heat.

Melt cream cheese and cheddar cheese in another saucepan.

Step 5:

Mix the whole kernel corn and ham well with the melted cheese.

Step 6:

Put the corn mix and milk puree in a casserole dish or deep pan. Voila! Now it just needs to be baked.

Step 7:

Bake the casserole dish for 45 minutes in the oven. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 8:

After removing the corn from the oven, let it cool and garnish with basil before serving.

Ingredients

  • Corn, 2 cans
  • Butter or margarine, 2 tablespoons
  • Mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup (or as much as you like)
  • Onion powder, 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper, 1 teaspoon

Instructions

Step 1:

Combine canned corn with onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Mix well and cover completely. You can use fresh onion and garlic if you don’t have onion powder or garlic powder. All you have to do is chop them finely and add as directed.

Step 2:

Add margarine to a medium-sized ovenproof skillet over low heat. Make sure you don’t keep the heat on your stove too high. You may use any kind of cooking oil instead of butter or margarine, but the amount should not exceed 2 tablespoons.

Step 3:

When the margarine has melted, add the corn mixture to the skillet and stir over medium-high heat. Allow the mixture to cook for 5 minutes. The corn should be smelling good now.

Step 4:

Add the mozzarella cheese and cover it quickly.

Step 5:

Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake for just 2-3 minutes. If the cheese does not melt, bake for a few more minutes.

The cheesy corn is ready. The corn bake recipe can come in handy if you have unexpected guests. It is sweet and salty at the same time.

  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, 4 tablespoons
  • Freshly grated cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup
  • Jack cheese, 1 cup
  • Minced garlic, 2 tablespoons

  • Black pepper, 2 tablespoons
  • Kosher salt, 2 tablespoons

The first step is to pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees. Let the oven heat up and prepare the ingredients.

Mix the heavy cream, cheddar cheese sauce, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, Jack cheese, chopped garlic, onion powder, garlic salt, black pepper, and Kosher salt together in a medium bowl.

Step 5:

Cover the mix with aluminum foil and place in a 9 by 13-inch casserole dish. Put it in the oven for about an hour.

Step 6:

Turn off the oven and carefully remove the casserole dish after 60 minutes. Remove the foil paper and continue baking the dish for 20 to 30 minutes more, until the top is a brilliant brown color.

Step 7:
