Make a loop with the baker’s twine and knot it. Place the looped twine aside.

Step 2

Put the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on 50% power for 60 seconds. Stir and repeat until the chocolate is smooth and melted.

Step 3

Use the back of a spoon to spread chocolate from the bottom up the sides of the mold after adding a dollop of chocolate to the center.

Step 4

Make sure the baker’s twine extends beyond the edge of one sphere. Secure the twine with a little more chocolate.

Step 10

Warm a skillet until just warm. After removing the spheres from the mold, place them open side down onto the hot skillet to clean and flatten the edges on both sides.

Step 11

One sphere can be filled with fresh fruit, chocolate candies, and pieces of pound cake.

Step 12
