How to make a Spicy Garlic Sauce

Buffalo Wild Wings Spicy Garlic Sauce Ingredients:

  • Frank’S Red Buffalo Sauce, 1 Cup
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Evoo), 3 Tbsp.
  • Brown Sugar, 1 Tsp.
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper, 1/2 Tsp.
  • Cayenne Powder, 1 Tsp
  • Garlic Powder, 2 Tsp.
  • Pure Worcestershire Sauce, 1 Tsp.
  • Egg Yolks, 2 
  • Water, 1 Tsp.
  • Cornflour or Cornstarch, 1 Tsp.

Buffalo Wild Wings Spicy Garlic Sauce Instructions:

Step 1: 

Add 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil to a small saucepan along with 2 tbsp of garlic powder. 

Step 2: 

Then, add 1 tbsp of cayenne and 1/2 tbsp of freshly ground black pepper. Give it a quick stir. 

Step 3: 

One cup of red buffalo sauce combined with one teaspoon of sugar and one teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Combine finely with a spatula. 

Step 4: 

Stir the sauce mixture over medium heat until it begins to boil, about 3 minutes.

Step 5: 

Cook for another 5 minutes on a simmer after the first 3 minutes. 

Step 6: 

Let the sauce cool for 10 minutes after removing it from the heat. 

Step 7: 

Separate the yolk and white of the egg. Place the egg yolk in a small bowl with 1 tbsp of water. 

Step 8: 

Combine 2 tsp of water with 2 egg yolks, and then add 1 tsp of cornflour. Stir until the cornstarch is completely dissolved. 

Step 9:  

Put the sauce mixture back on the stove and pour the egg mixture into it. 

Step 10: 

Stir continuously with a whisk as it comes to a boil. 

Remove from heat and let cool before using.

Hooters BBQ Sauce Recipe:


  • Unsalted Butter, 2 Cups
  • Tabasco Sauce, 1 Cup
  • Minced Garlic, 2 Tbsp
  • Brown Sugar, 3 Tbsp
  • Paprika, 1 Tsp
  • Kosher Salt, 1/2 Tsp
  • Balsamic Vinegar, 1 Tbsp
  • Cayenne Pepper, 1/2 Tsp 
  • Chili Sauce, 2 Tbsp


Step 1: 

Over medium-low heat, add 2 cups of unsalted butter to a small saucepan. 

Step 2: 

Immediately after the butter has melted, add 2 tbsp of minced garlic and stir until fragrant. 

Step 3: 

Then add 3 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp paprika, and 1/2 tbsp kosher salt. Stir quickly so it doesn’t crumble. 

Step 4: 

Stir in 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar until the sugar dissolves. 

Step 5: 

Stir in 1 cup of Tabasco sauce and 2 tablespoons of chili sauce. 

Step 6: 

Bring the sauce mixture to a boil then sprinkle 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper on top.

After 15 to 30 minutes, remove from heat and allow to cool. You can store the sauce in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
