This is a simple recipe and the only ingredients are a can of Campbell’s soup, lime, cilantro and garlic. All you do is mix it all up and serve it on fresh tortilla chips or just eat it with chips. How To Make Gringo Dip

This is a very simple recipe that involves a few ingredients and a small amount of preparation time. It will satisfy a craving for a great chip but without the grease and calories. Ingredients

  • VELVEETA monterey jack pepper cheese, 1 pound
  • Heavy cream, 1⁄2 cup
  • Milk, 1 cup
  • Pico de gallo, 3⁄4 cup
  • Cayenne pepper, 1⁄4 teaspoon
  • Grated parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon
  • Creamed spinach (frozen), 5 oz

Instructions

Step 1

Set up a double boiler. Cut the cheese into cubes.

Step 2

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT spinach in a double boiler and heat until melted, stirring often.

Step 3

Stir well after removing from heat and adding spinach. Add a little extra parmesan to the top and broil for a minute or two if desired.

Step 4

If you want it to stay soft for an extended period of time, you can keep it in a crock pot on warm. You can serve it with tortilla chips.
