  • Black Peppercorns, 2 1/2 tablespoons 
  • White Peppercorns, 2 1/2 teaspoons 
  • NY Strip Steaks, 3 (12-ounce)
  • Freshly ground Black Pepper and Salt to taste
  • Olive Oil, 5 ounces 
  • Freshly chopped parsley, 1/2 teaspoon 
  • Steak Sauce (store-bought or homemade, as needed, to plate)


Step 1

In a sauté pan, place both peppercorns.

Put the pan over medium-high heat and cook for 2 minutes.

Remove from the heat. On a cutting board, spread out the peppercorns and crack them in half.
