  • Challah loaf, 1 
  • Large eggs, 8 
  • Pure vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
  • Half-and-half or milk, 5 cups
  • Honey, 3 tablespoon
  • Grated orange zest, 1 tablespoon
  • Kosher salt, ¼ teaspoon
  • Confectioners’ sugar and maple syrup (for serving)


Step 1
