Pf Chang's Salt and Pepper Prawns Recipe 
Pf Chang's Salt and Pepper Prawns Recipe are incredibly simple to make, but they can take a very long time to prepare. You’ll need a food processor, oil, garlic and some salt and pepper. It usually takes 10-15 minutes to cook the prawns and they taste delicious.

1  tablespoon  Szechwan pepper 1  tablespoon  Black peppercorns 2  tablespoons  Flaked sea salt 2  tablespoons  Rice flour 750  gram  Medium green king prawns (shelled and cleaned leaving tails intact) 1⁄2   cup  Peanut oil Lime And Chili Dipping Sauce 750  gram  Brown sugar 1  tablespoon  Rice vinegar 1  clove  Garlic (crushed) 1  small   Fresh red chile (finely chopped) 1  tablespoon  Coriander leaves (Chopped) Lime juice (plus wedges to serve 1⁄3  cup   Lime juice (plus wedges to serve) Sugar and vinegar can be combined in a small frying pan and stirred until sugar dissolves. 
Cool, then add the remaining ingredients to the sauce. 
Using salt and pepper, season to taste. 
In a small pan over low medium heat, dry roast peppers and peppercorns for 2 minutes or until fragrant, then cool. 
Rice flour, salt, and roasted peppers are ground until coarsely ground. 
Prawns should be placed in a bowl and coated with pepper mixture. 
Fry the prawns in batches until they are cooked for 2 minutes or until the oil is hot. 
Drain onto absorbent paper 
With lime wedges on the side, serve the prawns immediately with dipping sauce.
