For the last few years, I have been on a mission to lose weight and get healthy. During this time, I have been eating a lot of sugar, which has caused my waistline to balloon out. To help me reach my goal, I decided to start eating healthier. I will admit that while I was successful with my diet, I wasn’t so successful with my weight loss. Now, I need to get back on track and help others reach their goals. To help with this, I’ve created this Chocolate Protein Waffle Recipe that is sure to be delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop Protein Powder Chocolate
  • 1 tbsp Coconut flour or whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Fresh Fruit butter, whipped cream, light maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the waffle iron.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk well. The batter will be thick, similar to pancake batter.
  • Pour the batter into the waffle iron or spray it with nonstick cooking spray, and cook it according to the waffle iron’s instructions.
  • Serve with toppings of your choice.
