Ingredients

Crust:

  • 25 whole chocolate sandwich cookies, such as Oreos
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

Filling:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • One 8-ounce package of cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • One 8-ounce package of whipped toppings, such as Cool Whip, thawed

Instructions

  • To make the crust, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Make fine crumbs out of the cookies. Mix together with a fork the melted butter and the topping.
  • Put the mixture in a pie pan and bake for five to seven minutes, until it is set. Let the cookies cool completely after being removed from the oven.
  • The filling is made by blending peanut butter and cream cheese together.
  • Beat until smooth after adding the powdered sugar. Once the whipped topping has thawed, add it to the mixture and beat until smooth, scraping down the sides if necessary.
  • Even out the top with a knife or spatula after pouring the filling into the crust. Before serving, chill for at least an hour.
