Mango Bread Recipe

Mango Bread is a unique breakfast item that can help you get rid of simple bread while making you enjoy the sweet mango chunks within it. The best part is there is no extra or hectic work required for this recipe. You just have to fold in mangoes and nuts in your dough and it will turn the ordinary bread into mango bread.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All purpose flour
  • ¼ cup Light brown sugar
  • ¾ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 cups Chopped mango
  • 1-½ tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup Vegetable oil
  • cup Shredded coconut
  • ½ cup Chopped pecans
  • ½ tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Take a loaf pan and spray it with non-stick baking spray. 
  • Take a large bowl and add baking soda, all-purpose flour, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk them well to combine. Then make a well in the center of this dry flour mixture.
  • Take another bowl of medium size and add vegetable oil, vanilla extract, light brown sugar, sugar, and eggs in it. Mix them by whisking and keep mixing until all the ingredients have turned into a single mixture.
  • Pour this oil mixture into the well you previously made in the center of the flour mixture. Then stir so that both the mixtures incorporate into each other and make a single mixture.
  • Then add shredded coconut, chopped mangoes, and pecans to this mixture and fold them inside the mixture so that they are spread evenly throughout.
  • Transfer the mixture to the sprayed or greased loaf baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes. Or you can assess the color of the bread and use a toothpick to tell if the bread has been perfectly baked or not. If the toothpick comes out clean, it’s time for the bread to come out of the oven.
  • When the level of doneness has been achieved, take out the bread from the oven and leave it unbothered for a few minutes to let it settle. Then invert the pan and take out the mango bread. 
  • Slice the bread gently so that it does not fall apart or break. Mango Bread is ready. Bon Appetit!
