8 ounces cream cheese, softened 2 tablespoons scallions, minced 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 24 wonton wrappers oil, for frying
Mix together the cream cheese, onions, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
In a heavy-bottomed pot, heat oil to 350 degrees. Add water to the edges of the wonton wrapper with your finger after placing 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center.
