Pepper Jack steak wraps are a quick, delicious, and easy appetizer that you can make in just minutes. The pepper jack cheese and steak are combined together to create the perfect appetizer. I tried this with mine and it was so good.Our family loves pepper jack steak, but we make them differently than most people.

1 pound Top sirloin steak (thinly sliced) Salt and pepper (to taste) Vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon 4 slices Pepper jack cheese 2 cups Shredded romaine lettuce 4 (10 inches) Wheat tortillas 1/2 cup Mayonnaise 2 teaspoons ketchup 1 tablespoon Cream-style horse radish sauce 1/4 teaspoon Paprika 1/4 teaspoon Salt 1/8 teaspoon Dried oregano 1 pinch Ground black pepper 1 pinch Cayenne pepper 2 plum Tomatoes (seeded and diced) 1/2 small White onion (finely chopped) 1 jalapeno pepper (seeded and chopped) 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro (chopped) 1/2 tablespoon Fresh lime juice salt (to taste)
Prepare a grill for medium-high heat or a broiler for high heat.
On both sides of the skirt steak, rub cumin, chili powder, and garlic salt together. Spray the onion slices and steak lightly with cooking spray.
Broil or grill steak and onion slices for five minutes per side. Remove steak from grill and sliced onion rings.
Place cheese in the center of warm tortillas. Cover with steak, onions, and salsa, and sprinkle with cilantro. Make a roll; cut each in half.
