Ingredients
- 1 lb rotini pasta
- 1 lb thinly sliced sirloin
- 2 TBS steak seasoning
- 2 TBS vegetable oil
- 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
- 2 TBS butter
- 1 thinly sliced red bell pepper
- 10 oz spinach
- 1 TBS minced garlic
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 TBS Cajun seasoning
- 1 TBS chicken bouillon powder
- 1 TBS onion powder
- 1 TBS garlic powder
- 1 TBS Herbes de Provence seasoning
- 2 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Chopped green onions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F
Instructions
- Preparation and Cooking Steak
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F and cook rotini pasta according to package instructions; set aside.
Step 2
Season steak with steak seasoning and pour vegetable oil into a large skillet. Then add steak and brown on one side.
Step 3
Flip the steak over and sprinkle on some Worcestershire sauce. Cook until browned, then remove and keep warm.

In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the red peppers, sauteing for 2 minutes. Then add the spinach and sauté until wilted.

Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour the white wine and simmer until it reduces about 2 minutes. Add the cream cheese, and when that melts, pour in the heavy cream.

Bring to a simmer, then add the Cajun seasoning, chicken bouillon powder, onion powder, garlic powder, Herbes de Provence, and black pepper. Stir and simmer on low for 6-8 minutes.
Stir in the 1/2 of each cheese.

Spray a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray, then add the rotini, pour the sauce on top of the pasta, and mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
