- Chicken Breast (Boneless and Skinless), 4
- Dried Herbs ( Thyme, Oregano, Basil,Rosemary), 1-½ easpoons
- Garlic Powder, 1/2 Teaspoon
- Salt (to Taste)
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to Taste)
- Olive Oil, 1 Tablespoon
- Mushrooms (Sliced), 8 Ounces
- Chicken Broth (Low-Sodium), 1 Cup
- Dijon Mustard, 2 Tablespoons
- Honey, 2 Teaspoons
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the chicken by pounding it to a thickness of 3/4 inch. Add the dried herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the chicken.
Step 2
Make sure the chicken pieces are well coated with the seasoning by rubbing them. It will add flavor and seasoning to the mustard mushroom chicken dish.
