Ingredients
- 1 large egg white
- Flour, 2 tablespoon
- Dry mustard powder, 1 tablespoon
- Wash-cloth, 1 sheet
Instructions
Step 1
Start by preparing your wash cloth or old clean scrap of fabric. Fold fabric in half as if you are making a hotdog.
Step 2
After cracking open the egg, separate the yolk from the white, and store the yolk to be used later for cooking.
Step 3
Put two tablespoons of flour and one tablespoon of dry mustard powder in a small bowl. Add the egg white and mix well.
Step 4
To use a wash cloth, open it up and fold the fold line in the very middle for adults, or a dime size spread for children one year old and older. Fold this back in half again and pin this to your outside chest with two safety pins.
