Today, I am going to share with you a Weight Watchers Chicken Thigh Recipes that can be made from scratch. Chicken thighs are a great part of the chicken family. They’re terrific protein sources, great grilled, and even healthy.
First, preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Aluminum foil can be used to line a baking sheet pan. Use nonstick cooking spray to lightly spray the foil.
Take a medium-sized mixing bowl. After that, add two tablespoons of olive oil, one-half teaspoon of garlic powder, one-half teaspoon of salt, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper. Combine well with a spoon.
In the mixing bowl, place the chicken thighs for coating. Massage the mixture well into the chicken thighs. If necessary, add more olive oil.
In the baking sheet, arrange the chicken thighs.
Place the baking sheet pan on the middle shelf of the oven.
The chicken thighs should be baked for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove the chicken thighs from the oven and place them in a casserole bowl. Wait for five to ten minutes before serving.
