Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Skinless chicken thighs
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Aluminum foil can be used to line a baking sheet pan. Use nonstick cooking spray to lightly spray the foil. 
  • Take a medium-sized mixing bowl. After that, add two tablespoons of olive oil, one-half teaspoon of garlic powder, one-half teaspoon of salt, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper. Combine well with a spoon. 
  • In the mixing bowl, place the chicken thighs for coating. Massage the mixture well into the chicken thighs. If necessary, add more olive oil. 
  • In the baking sheet, arrange the chicken thighs.
  • Place the baking sheet pan on the middle shelf of the oven.
  • The chicken thighs should be baked for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Remove the chicken thighs from the oven and place them in a casserole bowl. Wait for five to ten minutes before serving.
