Tiktok Mac And Cheese is one of the most popular foods you can make in your home kitchen. This recipe is somewhat of a variation on a basic Tiktok Mac And Cheese Recipe and is great to serve any time of year. By making this in bulk, you have plenty of extra food at the ready that can be frozen and used as needed.
Prepare 1 pound of elbow macaroni noodles by boiling them until just done (al dente). Drain the pasta water.
By preheating the oven to 425 degrees, prepare the oven.
Cook and drain macaroni noodles, then add 2 tablespoons butter (on top of noodles) to a 9x13x2 baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Once the butter is melted, mix the macaroni well. Put the dish aside and keep warm.
Melt the butter in a large skillet and stir in the flour, minced garlic, and 5 tablespoons of butter. The butter will melt and the mixture will thicken fairly quickly when heated over medium heat.
After removing the skillet from the heat, stir in 4 cups shredded cheese blend, 2 cups mild cheddar cheese, and all the seasonings. Melting about 1 cup at a time is better than dumping it all at once.
Continue stirring until all cheese is melted.
Pour the melted cheese over the macaroni noodles and stir well to coat. Once the cheese is completely melted, pour it over the macaroni noodles and stir well so it is evenly distributed. In order to evenly distribute the cheese on the noodles, a spatula can be useful.
Add 1 cup of mild cheddar cheese, white cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese on top of macaroni and cheese. Make sure to cover the noodles completely.
Bake macaroni at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
For a browned top, broil the cheese for 3-5 minutes (optional, but please watch out when broiling, burning happens quickly, and each oven heats differently).
Parsley can be garnished before serving if desired. Immediately serve while still hot.
