A pot roast sandwich is the delicious solution I am talking about. This sandwich utilizes your leftover pot roast in such a savory and cheesy way that will blow your mind away.

2 slices Bread 1 cup Pot roast 1 cup Caramelized onions 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated 3 slices Cheese Butter, as a bread spread
Butter the bread slices and then spread grated parmesan on both slices evenly.
Then flip the pieces, the butter side exposing outwards, and put the 2 slices of cheese on the nonbuttered side of one bread slice.
On the top of the cheese slices, put the pot roast. Then layer the 3rd cheese slice.
Put up a layer of caramelized onions on top of the cheese slice. Place the other buttered slice of bread on the top. (butter side up)
In the air fryer, place the sandwich for 5 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then flip and fry the other side for 5 minutes also.
When the sandwich is golden brown, take it out and serve. Bon Appetit!
