To make this super-moist, tender, creamy chicken, you need only 40 minutes. In the first ten minutes, you can do preparations like making sour cream dip, cheese, and other stuff. A half-hour is required to cook this heavenly chicken.
Turn on your oven to preheat it to 375 degrees. Take a 9x3 inches baking dish and spray a nonstick spray over it evenly.
Beat the chicken breasts to make all the pieces evenly thick at all ends.
Take a bowl and pour sour cream in it. Also, sprinkle the required amount of onion powder, paprika, and garlic powder into it. Stir these ingredients in the sour cream to homogenize it.
Take Ritz crackers in another shallow bowl.
Dip each fillet of chicken breast in the sour cream at first. Then, coat this cream-dipped chicken breast with crumbs of Ritz crackers. Make sure to press the chicken in the crumbs mixture to make it crunchy outside.
Put the chicken pieces in the sprayed baking dish. Load it with melted butter to make it more soft, tender, and delicious.
Keep the baking dish in a preheated oven and bake it for almost half an hour.
Keep aside the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, cut the chicken into slices and serve with beans or roasted sweet potatoes.
