Ingredients
  

For the Custard

  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Water
  • ¾ Sugar
  • 10 Egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon Unflavored gelatin
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 1 piece Vanilla bean split
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 cups Banana puree

For Assembly

  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Moonshine
  • 40 Vanilla wafers
  • 3 large Sliced bananas
  • 3 tablespoons Plain yogurt
  • 2 cups Heavy cream

Instructions
 

For the Custard

  • Take water in a bowl and pour gelatin into it. Mix it and set it aside so that gelatin can absorb water. 
  • Heat half a cup of sugar in a pan along with cream, vanilla bean, and salt. Continue stirring properly while heating. 
  • Pour leftover sugar, egg yolks, and eggs into another bowl. Add one-third of the cream mixture you prepared by heating it in the pan. Whisk the cream and mixture gently. 
  • Add gelatin, and leftover cream into the mixture, and mix until no lumps are left in it. 
  • Add lemon juice and ripped banana puree into the mixture. 
  • Your custard is ready. pour it into a serving bowl and cover it with a plastic wrap. Refrigerate it for a minimum of three hours. 

For Assembly

  • Crumble vanilla wafers and mix lemon juice, yogurt, and banana slices in another bowl. 
  • Whip sugar and moonshine cream with the help of a beater or mixer. 
  • Take a parfait glass for assembling pudding. Pour a layer of custard and keep banana slices and vanilla wafers on it. After this, pour a layer of custard. And repeat it with wafers and sliced bananas. 
  • Add whipped cream as topping on the pudding. Keep the pudding in the refrigerator for four hours and serve chilled pudding to your guests after the meal.
