Prepare an 8x8 baking pan by spraying it with baking spray and preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine eggs, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, butter, and apples in a large bowl.
Combine flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a second bowl.
Combine the dry and wet ingredients.
In a baking dish, pour the mixture and spread it evenly.
Add chopped pecans to the top.
