Starbucks Turkey Bacon Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Turkey bacon 4 slices
  • 14 oz Egg whites 14 (or one 500g package)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 4 slices White cheddar cheese
  • 4 English muffins

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Prepare a 9x9 baking dish by spraying it with oil.
  • Add salt and pepper to the egg whites in the baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the eggs are cooked through.
  • Cook the turkey bacon while the eggs are baking.
  • After the eggs are completely baked through, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool completely. Cut into four squares after removing from the pan with a spatula.
  • Build breakfast sandwiches with an English muffin, an egg white square, a slice of cheese, and turkey bacon (cut in half).
  • Keep in the fridge in a sealed container or plastic wrap for 3-4 days. To store for longer, you can freeze the sandwiches.
  • Reheat in a microwave for 30 seconds at a time, or on a sandwich press for a few minutes until crispy and melted.
