Ingredients

For Salad:

  • 2 cups Sredded brussels sprouts
  • 1 cup Halved grape tomatoes
  • 3 cups Shredded iceberg lettuce
  • ½ cup Chopped red onion
  • 8 oz Sliced deli ham
  • 12 oz Sliced salami
  • ½ cup Sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 8 slices Sliced provolone cheese
  • Red pepper flakes for serving

For Dressing:

  • ½ cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Pepperoncini pepper liquid
  • ¼ tsp Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasonings

Instructions

  • First, prepare the salad dressing. For this, take a medium-sized bowl and add mayonnaise, garlic, red wine vinegar, Italian seasonings, kosher salt, freshly cracked black pepper, and pepperoncini pepper liquid. Mix them well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated into one another.
  • Add in the parmesan cheese and stir it to combine it in the dressing mixture. Cover the bowl with a plastic cover and place in the refrigerator to let it chill down.
  • Take another bowl of large size and add red onions, iceberg lettuce, grape tomatoes, Brussels sprouts, deli ham, salami, provolone cheese, and pepperoncini pepper in it.
  • Either gently mix the salad ingredients, or first add the salad dressing. Toss the salad inside the chilled dressing.
  • Transfer to the serving bowl. If you want, sprinkle some red pepper flakes and serve. Bon Appetit!
