White bean bruschetta is an Italian-style appetizer and snack that is made from Italian bread (bruschetta) and Cannellini Beans and is loaded with protein, carbohydrates, and fiber.
Rinse the Cannellini Beans and transfer them to a small saucepan. Then add rosemary sprig, salt, olive oil, and garlic to the saucepan and heat for 5 minutes on a low flame. Warm the contents.
To make bruschetta, take the Italian bread slices and trickle down olive oil on all of them. Toast all the slices by placing them under the broiler and brown each slice from both sides. Allow each slice to brown for 1 minute on each side.
On the toasted bread, rub the garlic clove so that it releases its flavor and aroma on the bread. Repeat it for all slices. Then sprinkle the kosher salt on the bread slices.
Place the slices in the serving dish, scoop a handsome amount of the bean mixture, and place it on the top of each slice. Italian white bean bruschetta is ready. Bon Appetit!
