Seared Bluefin Tuna Steak

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tuna steaks, whole steaks
  • Soy sauce, as per your liking
  • Sriracha, as per your liking
  • Salt and pepper, as per your liking
  • Olive oil, as per your liking

Instructions
 

  • Baste the tuna steaks from both sides in olive oil lightly. Then sprinkle the oiled steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides. Leave the steak for some time and when it is ready, proceed.
  • Preheat the grill to high temperature by keeping the lid closed for almost 10-15 minutes.
  • Place the tuna steaks on the preheated grill and grill from each side for 2-3 minutes. When cooked properly, take the steaks away from the grill. Leave them unbothered and let them cool for a few minutes before cutting.
  • Cut the steak into the pieces of desired size. 
  • In a small bowl, add sriracha and soy sauce and mix them well until they form an even mixture.
  • Serve the steak pieces with soy sauce and sriracha dip. Bon Appetit!
