Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 2 tbsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • ¾ cup Granulated sugar
  • tsp Salt

  • Take a bowl and add sugar and milk to it. Then mix them. Keep stirring until the sugar disappears and is completely dissolved. Get a smooth mixture.
  • Add vanilla extract and heavy cream to the sugar and milk mixture. Mix them. The vanilla gives your ice cream a comforting and classic flavor.
  • Add a pinch of salt to the ice cream mixture. Stir them thoroughly so that everything is well incorporated into each other.
  • Pre-freeze the Cuisinart ice cream maker for at least 24 hours. Ensure that the bowl is frozen properly.
  • Set the Cuisinart ice cream maker according to the instructions of the manufacturer. Turn it on and when the ice cream maker is running, pour in the vanilla ice cream base you have made with milk, sugar, and heavy cream.
  • Let the ice cream maker work for 15-20 minutes. Run it until the consistency of the ice cream base reaches the desired soft-serve consistency, typical of an ice cream. Cuisinart vanilla ice cream is ready. Refrigerate it and serve chilled. Bon Appetit!
