Hellmann's Potato Salad Recipe

This family-favorite recipe combines the simplicity of potatoes with the creaminess of Hellmann's mayonnaise, resulting in a bowl of pure bliss. And when it comes to potato salad, there's no better recipe than Hellmann's original potato salad.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds (about 5-6 medium) potatoes, peeled and sliced into 3/4-inch pieces
  • 1 cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

Instructions
 

  • Prepare salted water in a 4-quart pot. Using medium-high heat, bring the potatoes to a boil. Once the potatoes are fork-tender, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes after draining.
  • Mix the mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper together in a large bowl. Add potatoes, celery, onions, and eggs and toss gently.
  • Make sure you refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes. It can be served chilled or at room temperature. You'll love it!
