Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Cooked and diced chicken meat
  • 12 cups Chicken broth
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2-½ cups Wide egg noodles
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Poultry seasoning
  • cup Cornstarch
  • 1-½ tbsp Salt
  • 1 cup Chopped celery

Instructions
 

  • Take a large stock pot and add water to it. Bring the water to a rolling boil. Then add the vegetable oil and egg-wide noodles in it. Cook the noodles according to the instructions written on the package. Then drain the cooked noodles in the cold water. 
  • Then, add poultry seasoning, chicken stock, and salt in the heavy pot. Boil them and bring them to a rolling boil.
  • When the stock is boiled, add chopped celery and chopped onion. Then cook for 15 minutes until they are softened.
  • Take a small bowl and add water and cornstarch to it. Mix them and prepare the cornstarch mixture. 
  • Add this mixture to the soup base. Stir them to thicken the soup.
  • Add the cooked noodles and diced chicken to the soup. Cook them for 3 minutes on low heat to warm the ingredients.
  • Grandma’s Chicken Noodle Soup is ready. Take it out and serve. Bon Appetit!
