Take a large stock pot and add water to it. Bring the water to a rolling boil. Then add the vegetable oil and egg-wide noodles in it. Cook the noodles according to the instructions written on the package. Then drain the cooked noodles in the cold water.
Then, add poultry seasoning, chicken stock, and salt in the heavy pot. Boil them and bring them to a rolling boil.
When the stock is boiled, add chopped celery and chopped onion. Then cook for 15 minutes until they are softened.
