The bistro steak is flavorful and savory; and ready in the minimum amount of time. Especially if you have chili spice rub and bar americain steak sauce ready, making bistro steak is a matter of minutes.
First, make the chili spice rub by mixing all the ingredients.
Make the bar American steak sauce. Mix Honey, Ketchup, Dijon mustard, Freshly ground black pepper, Molasses, Kosher salt, Whole grain mustard, and Drained horseradish in a bowl. Whisk them together until all of the ingredients are fully incorporated into one another. Then place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 day.
Brush the boneless rib-eyes steak with canola oil. Then season the brushed steak with salt. On one side, rub the chili spice rub.
Turn on the grill to high heat. Heat it and then place the steak on it. The rub side must be down. Grill on high for 3-4 minutes.
Then flip the steak and cover it. Grill for 5-6 minutes more.
