Shoney's Strawberry Pie Recipe

To make this awesome and stunning strawberry dessert recipe, you don’t need to have any kind of fancy equipment and ingredients. It’s not a time-consuming task to bake this pie as you only need to bake a crunchy crust. Making this bursting, refreshing, and light strawberry jello pie takes only half an hour.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons  Cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons Strawberry jello
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 pint Fresh strawberries
  • 9 -inch deep-dish pie shell
  • Whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Take a saucepan and pour sugar and cornstarch into the water. Turn ON the flame to medium heat to boil the mixture. 
  • Continue stirring the boiling mixture to make its consistency thick. You can check its consistency by coating it on the spoon. 
  • Lower the flame and pour the required amount of jello into it. Stir it thoroughly to dissolve the jello. Continue doing so till the mixture turns to transparent from cloudy. 
  • Keep it aside for some time to let it cool. 
  • Take a deep pie shell and arrange strawberries on the pie shell to make strawberry pie. Pour the jello mixture over the strawberries. 
  • Refrigerate the strawberries jello mixture in a refrigerator for at least 2 hours for better taste.
  • Garnish strawberry pie by topping it with the whipped cream. Enjoy this cold yummy dessert with your family and friends.
