Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb Cooked and diced chicken
  • 5 oz Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1-½ cups Keto marinara
  • 8 oz Sliced fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese

For Topping:

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • ¼ cup Melted butter
  • 2 tbsp Fresh basil
  • 1 cup Grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Take a large bowl and add ricotta cheese, 1 cup of marinara, and cooked chicken. Combine them well.
  • Take a 9*9 casserole dish and transfer the chicken mixture to it. Spread the mixture evenly in the dish and then spread the remaining marinara on the chicken layer.
  • On the top of the marinara layer, spread mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  • Take a medium-sized bowl and add almond flour, melted butter, and parmesan cheese to it. Stir them together. Then drizzle this mixture on the top of the mixture in the casserole dish.
  • Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Keep checking until it is bubbly and golden. If you wish to brown it, you can do so under the broiler.
  • Take out the baked casserole and sprinkle the fresh basil on it. Keto Chicken Parmesan Casserole is ready. Serve hot. Bon Appetit!
