Boiled Chicken Thighs Recipe

As the name is indicating, you just have to boil the chicken thighs. No oil, no butter. In a pot, add chicken thighs, enough water, Chopped onion, and seasonings such as Garlic powder, Oregano, Bouillon cube, Chicken vibes chicken seasoning, Parsley, Paprika, Thyme, Curry powder, Salt, and Black pepper.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken thighs
  • ¼ tsp Garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp Oregano
  • 1 Bouillon cube
  • 1 Chopped onion, medium
  • 1 tsp Chicken vibes chicken seasoning
  • ½ tsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tbsp Curry powder
  • Salt = to taste
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Take a pot and add the chicken thighs to it. Then add water until the chicken thighs are covered with water and the water level is 2 inches above them. 
  • Then add the chopped onion, salt, curry powder, and other seasonings in the pot. 
  • Close the lid of the pot. Adjust the heat to medium and boil the chicken thighs for 20 minutes. Then check if the chicken is cooked through. If not, boil for some more time.
  • Store the broth for other purposes. Use the boiled chicken thighs as you want to. Either serve them or grill/broil them and eat them as you desire. Bon Appetit!
