This light, creamy, and refreshing spinach is especially for those who do not like consuming spinach because of its taste. The Ruth’s Chris Creamed Spinach is loaded with richness and creaminess and all these boost the flavor of the spinach.
First, wash and clean the spinach carefully. Remove the stems. Then chop the spinach into small pieces.
Take a pot. Heat it and then add butter. Melt the butter.
Add all-purpose flour and mix to make a paste. Then ass bay leaf, onion, and clove.
Whisk in the 2 cups of milk and assure that lumps do not form. Then boil the mixture and bring to a simmer. Keep simmering for a few minutes. Take out the clove and bay leaf from the pot.
Add chopped spinach to a separate pot. Cook until tender. (1-2 minutes is enough)
Then transfer the tendered spinach into a processor and chop it finely.
Heat the flour and milk sauce and add the finely chopped and cooked spinach to it. Combine well for 5 minutes. Ruth’s Chris Creamed Spinach is ready. Dish out and serve. Bon Appetit!
